We invite you to participate in our research.

 

We are testing whether people can be supported with stopping driving through the CarFreeMe program.

In this study, we will be delivering CarFreeMe to people living with dementia who are giving up driving, and their family members, in the Brisbane area.

We will be using technology to help deliver the program – but you do not need to own or be familiar with technology.

You will receive information and support for continuing to do things that are important to you without driving.

This support will be offered over six sessions involving occupational therapists and psychologists. This study has received ethical approval from the University of Queensland.
